Jaycee Has Arrived

So our family of three is now officially four! Jaycee Pearl Snelson was born at 4:20 PM. She was 5 lbs 15 oz. Jenna was able to achieve her goal of a complete natural birth without the aid of pain medication! She was amazing. Labor lasted a total of 9 hours. We were at the hospital for about 2 and half hours before Jaycee was born. The pushing lasted less than ten minutes! A big difference between this labor and Jenna's labor with Logan. Both Jaycee and Jenna are doing great. Having Tawnie and Tracy here was a definite blessing. We will post more pictures in the not so distant future.

Waiting for Jaycee

Okay, okay I know I am now only one day past my due date but I have to tell you I am ready to have this baby. I want to hold her and kiss her and all of the things you get to do when your children are born. Most of all I can't wait to see Logan meet her for the first time!!!

Logan for the longest time wanted nothing to do with being a big brother and that worried me. Then I decided to get him a book on being a big brother and his whole attitude changed. He now wants to show her "his monster trucks and how the run over cars" and sing her songs "twinkle, twinkle little star". This little guy makes my heart melt and I know he will be an amazing big brother

Just getting started

Hello to all family and friends...

I have found that keeping everyone posted on our lives has become increasingly more difficult now that we have moved away from most of you. With a second baby on the way and Chemo treatments just around the corner things are only going to become more crazy and my time will even be less. My solution is to start a blog. So here it is, please hang in there as I try and figure this out. I will keep everyone updated on our family and progress with my cancer treatments. Love you all and hope this helps keep everyone in the loop
